Hi there! In this video, we'll cover how you'll be organizing your workflows with apps for your Go High Level agency. Let's start here in the workflow builder. This is hopefully a quick process. We'll begin with your workflow builder transforming into an experience similar to Zapier, where the competitor charges per execution. Now, what you can see here are some premium triggers and actions, also known as custom actions and triggers, or app actions and triggers — they're being referred to by different names. So, each time one of these is executed in a workflow, It will charge one cent to the agency. This is done through what's called LC premium actions and triggers. You can enable this at the agency level, and we'll show you how to do that shortly.

Basically, you need to understand that GHL charges 1 cent per execution, which is a quarter of what Zapier charges on its base plan. So, even if you were to double your money, you'd still be paying half of what the competitor charges for a workflow to function. This feature also supports a quick setup. Just to clarify, usually, your snapshot would contain all of your native actions and triggers, which is great, but sometimes you may need additional automation outside of platform. Now that you can integrate your entire workflow here, you'll onboard everything quickly. There may be scenarios where you'll need to add your API keys to make connections work for some applications.

This is beneficial because every sub-account initially comes with 100 free executions. Afterward, charges will apply. You can find more information on this link, which I'll include in the description below. Now, let's move on to the next part of rebuilding.

If we head over to the marketplace and look at top paid apps, for example, you'll see various apps available for purchase that your clients can buy. When discussing your clients purchasing these, let's take an app like Monday, for instance. Inside Monday, you'll see a price set by your agency, which you can adjust. If we navigate to reselling in the agency-level marketplace, you can search through available apps. For instance, let's consider Sim Pro, priced at $10. You could sell this to your clients for $25, making a monthly profit of $15, and you can do the same for yearly plans. As long as these apps are visible in my marketplace, I'll start earning extra subscriptions in my account.

When it comes to organizing your workflows and managing premium actions and triggers, you can access your SAS configurator, and then navigate to LC premium actions and triggers. Here, you can enable and adjust settings, potentially reducing costs to half of Zapier's rates while doubling your earnings. For smaller tasks, you might consider increasing this to three times, but for more substantial workflows, reducing it to 1.5 or two might be comfortable. This range gives you the flexibility to manage these situations effectively.

This setup allows you to rebuild as explained for all executions, enabling you to manage access to applications. In another video, we'll demonstrate how to control what appears in applications for your sub-accounts.
